Recently, AiKe (AK) launched a new product — the official release of the Discover-ZN-EDI ultrapure water machine, targeting biopharmaceutical, life-science, and trace-analysis laboratories, delivering a pure-water preparation device that focuses on pyrogen and organic-pollutant control to support various experimental workflows.
In laboratory research, experimental water, as a basic medium, has pyrogens and organic impurities in the water that interfere with cell culture, chromatography-mass spectrometry detection, and molecular-biology-related experiments, easily causing abnormal experimental phenomena and fluctuations in data repeatability. Many laboratories, besides focusing on resistivity indicators for pure-water equipment, have gradually increased control over indicators such as pyrogens and total organic carbon, to reduce the variable impact of water quality. Targeting such practical usage scenarios, the Discover-ZN-EDI ultrapure water machine completed process iteration, focusing on the two major directions of low pyrogen and low TOC in its design and development.

This model is equipped with an upgraded EDI deep-purification process, integrating multi-stage purification flows to remove ions, organic matter, and pyrogens from the water. The equipment's output water has pyrogens <0.01EU/mL and TOC <1ppb, and can continuously output stable ultrapure water, adapting to various demanding laboratory water conditions. The equipment takes into account the needs of different types of experiments, and can be applied to multiple experimental scenarios such as biopharmaceutical R&D, cell culture, ICP-MS detection, liquid-chromatography analysis, and molecular biology, reducing interference from impurities at the water source and assisting the smooth progress of experiments.
Beyond water-quality performance, the equipment fully considers laboratory usage habits at the whole-machine operation level. The entire purification chain can maintain long-term stable operation and reduce water-quality fluctuations; the supporting monitoring module can display key water-quality indicators in real time, facilitating staff observation and recording of water status, and daily experiment logging and equipment O&M management. The whole-machine structure fits laboratory placement conditions, with simple operation logic that is easy for operators to use, adapting to different usage environments such as research institutions, pharmaceutical R&D labs, and third-party testing agencies.
AiKe has long been deeply engaged in the laboratory pure-water solutions field, continuously refining products around the actual usage feedback of front-line laboratories. The launch of this Discover-ZN-EDI ultrapure water machine further expands the brand's product matrix in the high-standard-water direction, providing new equipment choices for biological and analytical laboratories. In the future, AiKe will continue to listen to the practical needs of industry users, continuously optimize purification processes and equipment experience, and output pure-water-related products and supporting services adapted to different research scenarios.
